•How much does shipping cost?

For orders to the US, Hawaii & Alaska, standard shipping varies depending on weight $6 outside of free shipping promotions! Standard shipping to Puerto Rico is $6, or free with a $45+ purchase.

•Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee depending on your location! These options & prices are listed at checkout. Please note: FedEx Overnight & 2 Day shipping refers to the time after the package has left the warehouse which may take 1-2 business days.

•Can I change my shipping address?

In order to get your products to you as soon as possible, your order begins processing immediately after it's placed. Once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or make any changes. 

To avoid shipping address issues in the future, we recommend updating your address details in your Belle Reine Perks Loyalty account. You may also need to confirm that you have the correct saved addresses in third-party payment accounts such as PayPal, ApplePay, Afterpay, and Amazon Pay.

•Where does my order ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Texas, USA.

•When will my order ship?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for warehouse processing for all shipping methods. Processing time may be extended during high volume periods. You can track your order here.

•How will my order be shipped?

For orders to the US, standard shipping uses DHL, FedEx Ground, or FedEx SmartPost (the package will ship via FedEx and be delivered by your local USPS). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can only be sent via DHL or Fed Ex standard shipping.

•Why is shipping restricted on my item(s)?

Some products & ingredients have shipping restrictions outlined by the U.S. Department of Transportation. These products are not available for air-transport & can only be shipped ground. In addition, we regret that we are not able to offer shipping of these restricted products to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

•How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders shipping to the contiguous US will arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico may take 15 days or longer to arrive once shipped.

•Does Belle Reine ship to P.O. Boxes?

Belle Renie ships to US P.O. Boxes for Standard Shipping only. If FedEx Expedited Shipping is selected on the checkout page, the order must include a street address, or it will be cancelled before it is shipped from the warehouse. The customer will not be charged for the cancelled order.

•Does tarte ship to APO/military addresses? How long will it take to be delivered?

Yes, Belle Reine does ship to APO boxes and military addresses. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 30 or more days.

•Help! My tracking information hasn't updated in a while.

Sometimes tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after your order ships. Also, it may take 1-2 days to update between package scans as your order moves between carrier locations. No worries! Your order is likely still en route to you! You can always check your order status in my order history.

•My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it.

Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive! In most cases, your package will arrive in 1-2 business days. Be sure to check with your neighbors and post office for more information in the meantime.
